This site does not sell you anything

Rivero Exporting LLC operates this site as a catalog of the inventory in our warehouse and as a way to send us an order request. No payment is taken here and no contract of sale is formed by anything you do on this site.

When you submit a request, a Rivero sales representative reviews it and contacts you. Price, availability, freight and payment terms are agreed with that representative, not on this site. Until they confirm your order in writing, nothing is committed on either side.

A request does not hold the pallets — confirmation does

Quantities shown come from the same warehouse system that picks and ships. They change constantly, and pallets go first come, first served.

Adding an item to your cart does not hold it, and neither does submitting a request. Another buyer can take the same pallet while you wait to hear from us.

When a sales representative confirms your request, we reserve those pallets for two business days, which is your window to arrange payment. If payment has not arrived by the end of it, the hold is released and those pallets return to the catalog for other buyers.

How you pay

No payment is taken on this site and we do not accept credit cards here. New customers pay by wire or ACH.

Your sales representative sends the payment details for your confirmed order. Anything you want to discuss about terms goes to that representative — it is not something this site can arrange.

Export-only inventory

Pallets marked EXPORT ONLY are private-label goods that may not be resold inside the United States. If you request export-only inventory, you are representing that it will be exported.

Rivero controls the freight on these shipments and will decline or cancel a request where the destination is inconsistent with that restriction.

Your account

Accounts are approved individually. You are responsible for what happens under your login, including anything done by people you invite to your company account.

We may suspend or close an account that misrepresents its business, breaches the export restriction above, or uses the site to scrape or resell our inventory data.

Condition of goods

This is wholesale liquidation. Goods are sold as-is unless your representative agrees otherwise in writing. Manufacturer warranties, where any exist, pass through to you; Rivero does not add one.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the bottom of this page tells you which version is current. Questions go to hello@riverocommerce.com.
