How to buy
This site is a catalog and a way to send an order request. A Rivero rep confirms price, freight, and payment. Nothing here takes a card or forms a contract.
1. Browse the warehouse
Catalog and product pages are open without an account. Wholesale unit price and pallet picks open after a rep approves you. You can request a quote on any SKU at any time.
2. Apply for a wholesale account
Create an account with a one-time email code, finish the shipping address, and submit. A rep reviews every application. Cart and account stay closed until that approval.
3. Request an order
Approved buyers pick whole pallets and send a request. Adding to cart does not hold inventory. A rep confirms the order in writing.
4. Pay the way your rep sets
No payment is taken on this site. New customers typically pay by wire or ACH. Terms are agreed with your representative, not on a checkout form.
5. We load from Hialeah
Inventory ships from our South Florida warehouse. Export containers move through Port of Miami. Lead time depends on the load and the sailing — your rep gives dates for your container.
What to expect
- Sold by the pallet, as-is liquidation unless your rep agrees otherwise in writing.
- A confirmed order is reserved for two business days for payment.
- Claims window is two days from receipt. Start with your sales representative.
- Minimum order and payment terms are set with your rep. This page does not invent a site-wide MOQ.
