Where we ship from

All inventory on this site sits in our South Florida warehouse. Export containers move through the Port of Miami. Domestic loads move by truck from the same building.

Freight estimates are not quotes

The freight figure shown on this site is an estimate for planning. It is not a booking, and it is not a price we have agreed to.

Your sales representative confirms the actual freight cost with you before the container is booked.

Timelines

Loading and sailing dates depend on the size of the load, the destination and current sailing schedules. Your representative gives you the expected dates for your specific container once the order is confirmed, and tells you if they move.

Whole pallets only

Inventory is sold by the pallet. Where a pallet holds more than one product, we handle the split in our warehouse — you receive what you ordered.

Title and risk

Unless your representative agrees otherwise in writing, risk passes to you when the goods are loaded. Incoterms for your shipment are set on the confirmed order.

Export documentation

We provide the commercial invoice and packing list for the shipment. Import duties, customs clearance and any permits required at the destination are yours to handle.
